RIP Noel Hudson
International Federation of Iraqi Refugees (IFIR) is very sad to inform you that our dear friend Noel Hudson died yesterday morning (17 January) at St George’s Hospital.
Noel was a fierce advocate and campaigner for Equality and Human Rights.
He however, had a special interest in rights for women, anti racism and refugee rights.
I have personally known Noel for many years and have always found him to be the most kindest and patient person.
I remember an occasion several years ago I made an appointment with Noel to complete an important project. Despite being ill he insisted on keeping the appointment and helping me complete an important piece of work that would benefit many Kurdish & Iraqi refugees across the UK.
RIP old friend we will miss you.
